Description

Three A5 Japanese Wagyu prefectures. Two of Japan's legendary Wagyu names — plus Namiki Kiwami, one of Aomori's rarest. This is the heritage flight.

Inside the box:

  • A5 Matsusaka NY Strip (15-16oz) — Mie Prefecture. One of Japan's Big 3 Wagyu names alongside Kobe and Omi. Tajima Heifer bloodline, marble score 11-12. Only female cattle qualify — delivering intramuscular fat content even higher than Kobe. Certificate included.
  • A5 Namiki Ribeye (15-16oz) — Aomori Prefecture, Kaneko Farm. "Namiki Kiwami" — only 1,000 female Tajima cattle raised each year in Japan's northernmost Honshu region. Aged 30+ months on mountain air, mineral-rich spring water, and an in-house feed blend. Marble score 12. Certificate included.
  • A5 Sanuki Olive-Fed NY Strip (13-14oz) — Kagawa Prefecture. Cattle fed olive pulp from local Shodoshima olive presses — antioxidant-rich feed produces a distinctive clean, sweet finish. Marble score 10-12. Certificate included.

Mie · Aomori · Kagawa. Three A5 prefectures, three signature feeding traditions.
