BMS 9+ — What It Means
Beef Marbling Score 9+ puts Blue Label in the same marbling tier as Japanese A4 and the lower end of A5. Expect a butter-like texture, intense richness, and the signature melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu experience — but with the cleaner beef flavor Australian Wagyu is known for.
F4 Purebred Genetics
All Blue Label cuts are F4 Purebred — approximately 94% Japanese Wagyu genetics, raised under Japanese-style feeding programs. This is as close as Australian Wagyu gets to Full Blood (100% Japanese genetics) without crossing that threshold.
