With a marble score of 9+, our Blue Label Wagyu represents the highest score Australian Wagyu available, to simply put - the best. This level of marbling is comparable to that of Japanese A5, allowing for a butter like texture with a mouth watering beefy bite. With extreme limited availability, our Blue Label Wagyu is not always offered.
