A3 Japanese Wagyu is the entry-level tier of Japan's grading system — still Wagyu, still certificate-backed, and still hand-portioned in our USDA-approved facility. BMS 3–4 marbling means a cleaner beef flavor with that signature Japanese Wagyu texture.

A3 lets you experience true Japanese Wagyu at the most approachable price point. The flavor profile leans toward beef-forward rather than fat-forward, which makes A3 a great choice for larger cuts or longer cooking methods where A5's intensity would overwhelm.
