Australian Wagyu - Green Label (BMS 4/5)

Our Green Label Wagyu has a BMS of 4-5 which sits above USDA Prime. This is what we'd like to call an entry level wagyu. If you have never tried wagyu before, this is a perfect place to start. From here you can work your way up to more intense marbling.
