Why Our Wagyu Burgers Are Different

Most premium Wagyu burgers are made from grind-quality scraps. Ours come from full-quality Australian Wagyu cuts, hand-ground in-house and portioned into patties. The fat content sits around 20–25% — ideal for a juicy, restaurant-style burger.

Cooking Tips

Don't press the patties while cooking — you lose the marbling that makes Wagyu worth it. Medium-rare to medium internal temp is ideal. Salt only after the sear forms.
