Where do you ship to?

We only ship to the continental United States (We are very sorry Alaska & Hawaii). We do not ship to PO boxes or Military Bases.

 

When do you ship?

We will ship our orders starting Monday through Wednesday. In order to process and ship the same week, orders must be submitted latest Tuesday. Due to perishable items, we do not ship on Thursday in the event it is held by the shipper through the weekend (spoiled wagyu is no good!)

 

What are my shipping options?

  • CA Residents - $25 Flat Rate ($100 min). Free Shipping on orders over $250.
  • Contiguous U.S. - $60 Flat Rate ($100 min). Free Shipping on orders over $500.

 

We ship with either FedEx or UPS as our courier. All orders may incur a processing time of 24-48 hours prior to shipping. Products will be shipped Monday through Wednesday. (We do not deliver on Saturdays) Any orders placed after 12PM PST will not be processed until the following day. This also goes for any orders placed on the weekend, they will be processed the following Monday.

Please verify your shipping address. We will ship to the address provided, if you have incorrectly provided the wrong address, we will not be accountable. If you will not be home during the window of delivery, please choose to ship to your work/office. Damage or spoilage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids any guarantee.

Note about overnight shipping:

In order to receive your order the day after it is placed, we must receive it no later than 8:45 am PST (11:45 am EST) in order to process and ship in one day.  Any orders received after the deadline will be processed the next day.  If that happens to be on a Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday.  


How are you packing my product?

Our products are professionally butchered and individually vacuumed sealed in a USDA facility and blast frozen to maintain freshness and allow for consistent quality. We ship using insulated foam containers with ice packs or dry ice - it leaves our facility cold and arrives the same way! Some natural thawing may occur, do NOT panic!

How to: Receiving your shipment

Once ready to consume, please allow your steak(s) to thaw naturally in your refrigerator up to 8-12 hours. Do NOT soak in hot water. If you are short on time, you may leave this to thaw on your kitchen counter - perform at your own risk. (Japanese Wagyu contains a high fat content and will defrost much faster than any other cut of meat). Our steaks are vacuum sealed for freshness, they will last in your freezer for up to 12 months… but honestly, who lets Wagyu sit in their freezer for that long anyway? If you do not on plan on eating the steaks right away, leave them in the freezer until ready.

 


Terms and Conditions.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Please make sure your order is finalized before checking out. It is highly recommended that, before placing an order, the recipient or other responsible party will be available to receive, open and properly store your perishable items. We cannot be held responsible, nor replace or refund, any products that perish after your delivery has arrived.

Please note that to ensure quality, we cut your meats to order. We will always try to cut the specific amount requested, but it is possible that we might cut slightly more or less. Please understand that this is one of the challenges of offering a handcrafted product and that we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.

We will not responsible be for shipping delays or problems caused by the shipping carriers, failed delivery attempts, adverse or unpredictable weather conditions and/or acts of god.
