Australian Wagyu - Green Label (BMS 4/5)

Australian Wagyu Green Label is our entry-level Wagyu — BMS 4/5, still above USDA Prime in marbling, but at a price point that makes Wagyu approachable for first-time buyers. If you have never tried Wagyu before, this is where to start.

Above USDA Prime, Below A5

USDA Prime tops out around BMS 4. Green Label starts there and goes up to BMS 5 — meaning every Green Label cut has more marbling than the best steak you'll find at most American supermarkets. From here, customers typically work their way up to Silver or Gold Label.

What to Try First

For your first Wagyu experience, we recommend a Green Label Ribeye or NY Strip — the cuts that show off marbling most dramatically. Stick to simple seasoning (salt and pepper) and a high-heat sear. The fat will do the rest.

F4 Purebred, Halal Certified

Even at entry level, every Green Label cut is F4 Purebred Wagyu (~94% Japanese genetics) and Halal certified.
