Australian Wagyu - Silver Label (BMS 6/7)

Our Silver Label Wagyu has a BMS of 6-7 and is technically on par with A4's marbling. To be honest, we are not sure how accurate that measurement is but what we are sure about is that this is the perfect middle ground for wagyu. Our silver label has a distinct wagyu flavor that is not overly rich and still maintains a great beef texture. Silver Label is at the intersection of cost and performance, you can not go wrong with this!
