We source from select pasture programs across the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. Every cut is hand-portioned in our USDA-approved facility and shipped frozen with dry ice.

Cooking Tips

Grass-fed beef cooks faster than grain-fed because it has less intramuscular fat. Pull it earlier than you would a Prime steak — aim for medium-rare, rest longer than usual, slice thin.
