  • CERTIFIED HALAL

Top Sirloin is the workhorse Wagyu — the cut you can throw on the grill on a Tuesday without a second thought. It's leaner and beefier than a Ribeye, but with the delicate marbling and juicy character that only Wagyu delivers.

Cut from the top of the sirloin primal, Top Sirloin is well-known in American steakhouses as the value-tier steak. Ours upgrades it to Australian Wagyu Gold Label — BMS 8/9 marbling, F4 Purebred (75%+ Japanese Wagyu bloodline), raised in Australia without antibiotics or hormones to Japanese standards. Halal certified.

If you love the flavor of Wagyu but want a leaner, more assertive bite than a Ribeye, this is your cut. Great everyday. Great when you don't want to commit to the fat coma that comes with A5.

Best cooking methods: High-heat sear (cast iron or grill), reverse sear, sous vide then finish, or thin-sliced for stir-fry, tacos, and salads. Rest 5 minutes, slice thin against the grain.
