Having a blind folded taste test and need to determine once and for all if you prefer A5 in the form of a ribeye or striploin? Well, here you go! We are pairing 2 of our A5 steaks, one ribeye and one striploin. We will choose depending on availability. 

We rotate our Wagyu brands but our selection may include but not limited to the following brands:

• Miyazaki
• Hokkaido
• Kagoshima (Satsuma)
• Kumamoto
• Gunma

Each portioned piece is individually packaged and vacuum sealed. In order to maximize freshness during delivery, we blast freeze our cuts and ship them with dry ice in a reusable insulated box. Thawing is natural and may occur.
