    Raised on Hiramatsu Farm in Kagoshima Prefecture from Mother Cows which are raised up to 60 months. double the length of time of your standard cattle that is raised up to 30 months. Although A3, this would be one of our premium finds!

    Each portioned piece is individually packaged and vacuum sealed. In order to maximize freshness during delivery, we blast freeze our cuts and ship them with dry ice in a reusable insulated box. Thawing is natural and may occur.
