A curated flight through Japan's most celebrated Wagyu regions — each cut a signature of its own feeding tradition and terroir. All A5, all single-origin, all certificate-included.

- A5 Takamori Sake-Fed Ribeye (17-19oz) — Yamaguchi Prefecture. Cattle fed sake mash from local breweries — a distinct depth from the yeast, minerals, and fermentation byproducts. BMS 10-12 marbling, single-origin, certificate included.
- A5 Shinshu NY Strip (18oz) — Nagano Prefecture. Apple-fed Japanese Black cattle from Japan's alpine region. Refined umami, clean finish. BMS 10-12.
- A5 Sendai NY Strip (15-16oz) — Miyagi Prefecture. Single-farm heritage from Kawaguchi Farm. Rich, deeply beefy, historically raised for the imperial table. BMS 10-12.

Each portioned piece is individually packaged and vacuum sealed. In order to maximize freshness during delivery, we blast freeze our cuts and ship them with dry ice in a reusable insulated box. Thawing is natural and may occur.

• We cut and vacuum-seal each steak in our USDA-approved facility (No 3rd Party)
• Ships frozen with insulated foam container with dry ice. Thawing is natural during transit.
• Refrigerate in the coolest part of your fridge if you intend to enjoy your beef within 48 hours.
• Freeze if you plan on eating on a future date - we recommend consuming within 1 month for freshness. Thaw in the coldest part of your refrigerator 24 hours before cooking.
