How it works

  1. Pour water into the tray. This catches the excess oil and makes clean up fast and easy.
  2. Turn the temperature on to medium heat (you can control the temperature as you're cooking).
  3. The grill heats up in less than 5 minutes.
  4. Cook your steak or other proteins and vegetables to your liking.
  5. Once done cooking, turn of the temperature, unplug the grill, let the plate cool down, and then clean.

  • When cleaning the grill plate, do not get the controller slot wet. If it gets wet, dry it thoroughly before using it.
  • Always unplug the controller from the power outlet when the grill is not in use.
  • Do not cook fried foods.

Please Note:

  • To keep the grill plate clean, avoid using sauces and wash after use (once the plate has cooled down).
  • It is recommended to season the grill after each wash to maintain the surface conditions. 
  • Start with the grill on low to medium heat before increasing to higher heat. If you see a lot of smoke, the temperature is too high.
  • The main body is made of natural materials, so the texture (color and wood grain) varies depending on the product.
  • Since the manual is in Japanese, we recommend using the Google Translate camera feature for more information on the product.

• Ships frozen with insulated foam container with dry ice. Thawing is natural during transit.

• Refrigerate in the coolest part of your fridge if you intend to enjoy your beef within 48 hours.

• Freeze if you plan on eating on a future date - we recommend consuming within 1 month for freshness. Thaw in the coldest part of your refrigerator 24 hours before cooking.
