Namiki Kiwami Wagyu

The Pinnacle of Japanese Beef

Tucked away in the northern reaches of Honshu, just south of Hokkaido, Kaneko Farm sits quietly among the mountains and natural springs of Aomori Prefecture. It’s here, in this serene environment, that Namiki Kiwami Wagyu is born—a rare and exceptional expression of Japanese craftsmanship.

Raised exclusively on a vertically integrated farm, Namiki Kiwami cattle are bred from the finest Tajima bloodlines and limited only to female wagyu. Each animal is meticulously selected and raised for over 30 months, allowing for a deeper, more complex flavor that sets this beef apart.

Everything from the genetics to the feed is carefully controlled. The cattle are nourished with a proprietary blend of locally grown crops—corn, soybeans, rice straw, and dent corn—designed to enhance marbling, texture, and taste. The result? An extraordinary wagyu with rich, clean flavors and a buttery melt-in-your-mouth quality that begins at room temperature.

Produced in limited quantities of just around 1,000 cattle per year, Namiki Kiwami isn’t just beef—it’s a culinary experience.

Refined. Rare. Remarkable.
