Description

  • ORIGIN: Australia
  • SCORE: 8/9+
  • HALAL CERTIFIED
  • WET AGED 25+ DAYS
  • BREED: F4 PUREBRED (75% OR HIGHER WAGYU GENETICS)

Also known as the Rump Cap or ‘Coulotte’, this is a favorite among Brazilian steakhouses. This delicious piece comes from the sirloin cap, it is very tender with a rich beef flavor. One of our customer favorites!

Rated with a Marble Score 8-9, our Picanha is one of the most premium Wagyu products on the market. This level of marbling is comparable to that of Japanese A4, allowing for a butter like texture with a mouth watering beefy bite. We really enjoy this medium rare, less chewy and just the perfect bite. This product is purebred meaning 75% or higher Japanese genetics compared to traditional F1 50/50 Wagyu mix.

This is popular on the smoker whole, or cut into large steaks and grilled. Either way, you cannot go wrong!

If you are a fan of the Ribeye or NY Strip, you must give this a try.

Perfect for sharing and becoming the center of attention at parties.
